How to Fix
- 1
Step 1: Check all wiring harness connections between Main PCB and Sub PCB (door harness). Reseat any loose connectors.

Step 2: Measure voltage at Sub CON1 8th Pin ~ 33rd Pin; must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck at 0V or 5V, check connection then replace Sub PCB.

Step 3: Measure voltage at Sub CON1 10th Pin ~ 33rd Pin; must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, check connection then replace Sub PCB.

Step 4: Measure voltage at Main CON3 1st Pin ~ 15th Pin; must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, check hinge connector then replace Display PCB.

Step 5: Measure voltage at Main CON3 3rd Pin ~ 15th Pin; must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, replace Display PCB.

Step 6: If all voltages normal, explain to customer.
